Pricing for Profit No.2

'When you set your prices, you're playing for high stakes.'

This is the second and follow up workshop for Pricing for Profit.

Pricing for Profit Workshop No.2 will help you put into practice the principles outlined in the first Pricing for Profit Workshop No 1.

The agenda for Pricing for Profit No.2 will include:
• An overview of the Pricing for Profit principles.
• Working through two pricing scenarios (one manufacturing and one service industry) including breakeven and sensitivity analysis.
• Time to work through your own business example and to seek advice on building your own business financial plan.

It would be an advantage to bring along a laptop with Excel installed and also data on your business sales, expenses etc. so you can start to build your own financial spreadsheets.
(This information will not be shared with the group but you will be able to discuss this with the presenter and to seek advice.)

Even if you missed Pricing for Profit No.1 you will find many aspects of this Workshop valuable to your business.

(this is a follow on from a very popular 'Pricing for Profit No 1' held in Young earlier in the year)
