'Short Sharp and Shiny'

 - a workshop series with Paul Coker.

“Plan to Profit”

YOU WOULDN’T BUILD A HOUSE WITHOUT A PLAN!

The curious thing is that whilst many people in business are aware of the benefits of planning, they do not have a written business plan which they refer to regularly.

As a consequence they are less likely to achieve their business aspirations and are frequently not rewarded as they should be for all of their hard work.

Plan to Profit is a very practical workshop which explores the key elements of a Business Plan through a series of group exercises designed to give participants the confidence to work on their own business plans.

Topics Covered

·         The benefits of planning.

·         Goal setting.

·         Conducting market research, both secondary and primary.

·         Competitor analysis and identifying your competitive advantage and unique selling proposition.

·         Connecting to the market and the marketing strategy.

·         Financials, including sales, profit and cash flow forecasts.

·         The Operations Plan, including personnel.

·         Risk management and contingency planning.

·         The all-important Action Plan.
