Capital Region BEC Privacy Statement

The Capital Region BEC requires information to provide you with our services and to manage our relationship with you. 

The information provided is treated in strict confidence and is used to ensure that the Capital Region BEC provides you with highest quality service.

Some of the services provided are partially funded by the NSW Department of State and Regional Development. 

To ensure the service meets the needs of small business, the Department from time to time may audit and monitor the service provided. 

The contact details we collect may be provided to the DSRD for monitoring purposes.  No other details concerning your business such as business proposals, financial information, etc. will be passed on to the government or any other person or entity.

You have the right to review the personal information the BEC has on file about you and request that information be corrected if you believe it to be incorrect.
