For over 30 years he has been: helping organizations, business owners, employees and individuals deal with difficult friends, customers, clients, colleagues and staff, and; helping young people learn the art of handling alcohol-related situations.

Mark has been a tourist guide, taxi driver, schoolteacher, senior education officer, lecturer, government policy advisor, team leader and manager - Education, TAFE, Board of Studies, University, Hospitals, Health and Police.

He has also been a consultant, researcher, author and trainer predominantly in the area of alcohol and other drugs, assertive and professional communication, and behaviour rehearsal techniques.
