CareerMums is a national online jobs board and candidate board connecting skilled mums to flexible employers.

They also work with employers to adopt flexible work practices and retain working parents.

Before launching www.careermums.com.au Kate worked in marketing and communications management roles in the IT, finance and Government sectors in Sydney, Canberra and Boston USA for over 12 years.

The CareerMums business includes a job board for skilled parents, and is an HR consultancy for businesses seeking to implement flexible work arrangements and practices into their organisation.

She also chairs the Flexible Workstyles Committee for Canberra Business Council.
