Network Breakfast - 4th March 2008

Topic: "Why is software so hard to use?"
It’s NOT just YOU who finds it hard to get productivity gains from software.

Speaker:   Judy Gleeson

Judy is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for Outlook. She is one of only 20 worldwide in this field and is up to date with the latest trends in email practice.

Frequently described by clients as "passionate and energetic", Judy will hold your attention, get her point across and make sure you remember what it was.

You probably use Outlook a bit, maybe just to send and receive emails.

Do you struggle to make it work for you rather than you reacting to its “beep” and uninformative error messages.

Judy says "There's so much hidden power in Outlook." Most people could be using 70% of the functions in Outlook but are only using 20%.

Judy will explain why software is so illogical and uncover just a few mysteries about how Outlook can be used proactively to help you manage your work and business.

Further information about Judy and her new business Pragmatix can be found at www.pragmatix.com.au
