As a marketer for over 18 years, Ailsa is passionate about explaining marketing in plain English that people can understand.

Ailsa has been in small business since 1999, after holding marketing management positions in community, corporate and small business. Ailsa is one of Victoria ’s Government Small Business Counsellors. With a psychology degree and post graduate studies at the Melbourne Business School , Ailsa knows what makes customers tick! Her broad experience has seen her cover all sectors, Government, Arts, Environment, Not-For-Profit, Small Business and the Corporate Sector.

She now provides services to businesses helping them find and keep customers and has clients throughout . Ailsa has assisted 100s of businesses to understand how to use marketing to improve their focus and business. They all say that Ailsa’s energy and enthusiasm is infectious.

Ailsa started her career in the community sector where she learnt that true meaning of shoestring marketing. After achieving incredible success boosting member numbers with Environment Victoria and Bicycle Victoria she made the move to the Corporate Sector and worked with The CEO Institute providing professional development and training to SME business owners.

As a speaker Ailsa inspires, educates and entertains listeners. She is friendly and knowledgeable and is happy to share her personal experiences in business.
