 Catherine  De Vrye

Catherine is the author of the best seller, ’Good Service is Good Business’  and other top selling titles such as ‘Hot Lemon & Honey-Reflections for Success in Times of Change’  and  ‘Hope Happens!-Words of Encouragement for Tough Times’, which will be hot off the press late February prior to our next breakfast March 5.

The former IBM executive spent 2 years in Tokyo.  She is a past winner of the Australian Executive Woman of the Year Award and is an outstanding communicator with proven international management experience.

Her delightfully humorous approach to presenting serious content has earned her repeat business amongst such clients as American Express, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, IBM, 3M, Mercedes, Qantas, Red Cross, Royal Australian Air force, World Triathlon Championships….

A cancer survivor, she is a keen sportswoman and has cycled over the Andes mountains (some 800 kilometres),  climbed Mt Kiliminjaro (over 20,000 ft) and last December went climbing in the Antarctic.

 “Hope Happens”

‘Hope Happens!’ is a tribute to the spirit that inspired these words and embraces the idea of learning from the past, looking forward to the future and living for today.

Incorporating material from her top selling books, with jacket endorsements from Sir Edmund Hillary and Jack Canfield, co-author of ‘Chicken Soup for the Soul’, you’ll hear how to keep hope happening in your life as you better appreciate that:

  *  Change is inevitable. Learning from change is optional .

*  The 7 most expensive words in business are....

’We have always done it that way’ .

*  Success today doesn’t equal success tomorrow so avoid complacency .

*  Winners become victors from change-rather than victims of change .

*  We can’t always control circumstances,  but we can always

control our attitude .

*  Focus on the positive to produce professional and personal success

Book early - this will be a sellout breakfast
