Is your business prepared for events such as natural disasters, product recalls or influenza pandemics? The Australian Government is running free business planning workshops to assist small businesses be better prepared for and able to recover from a crisis.

Run across Australia, the workshops will help you:

• understand how a pandemic might affect your business
  
• plan for staff absences and consider human resource issues
  
• develop contingency plans for crisis events
  
• look at the financial implications for your business.
