Tasmanian businesses employing 5 or more staff can now apply for the Department of Economic Development's (DED) Employer of Choice Awards. These awards recognise businesses that provide a positive, flexible work environment and promote professional development, new ideas and a work-life balance.

By becoming an Employer of Choice, your business could benefit in a number of ways including:
